Paige's story is a testament to the opportunities that await in Vietnam. After completing her Master's degree at Edinburgh University, 24-year-old Paige took a leap of faith and moved to Ho Chi Minh City in February 2020.


As a university lecturer, she now shares her passion for literature with the "kindest, most appreciative" students she has ever encountered.


Paige's experience has helped her grow professionally and personally, making her more independent, mature, and confident in her abilities.

Kelley Lusk, a graduate of Southern Oregon University, started on a teaching journey in Vietnam with TravelBud.


With Mondays and Tuesdays off, Kelley seized the opportunity to explore the country's breathtaking landscapes, from the serene beauty of Ninh Binh to the busy streets of Hanoi and the majestic mountains of Northern Vietnam.


Through the challenges and triumphs of living abroad, Kelley discovered a stronger sense of self and considers the experience genuinely transformative.

After a successful interview with a language centre, Danny relocated to Hai Phong to teach English.

Myles Lynch, a University of New Hampshire graduate, moved to Hanoi in 2019 to work for an education technology company.


Adapting quickly to his new life, Myles found an apartment and bought a motorbike to embrace his new surroundings.
